Off of the Wang Fu Jing Food Street is a small stage where you can seen nightly Beijing opera performances for free.
Though he had no make up or elaborate costume, this singer sounded like the real Chinese opera deal. Down an alley in Wangfujing Food Street there’s a stage and nightly singing. For me a little goes a long way.
