Great Hall of the People

In Tian’amen Square, the Great Hall of the People (Renmen Dahuitang) is like the Capital Building. It’s where the legislature convenes. Cadogen Beijing says,

it’s the venue for set piece government meetings, where in a mockery of consultation and democracy, delegates largely rubber-stamp what has been decided for them.
