1. Each week, we’ll provide a theme for creative inspiration. You take photographs based on your interpretation of the theme, and post them on your blog (a new post!) anytime before the following Friday when the next photo theme will be announced. 2. To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “Weekly Photo Challenge: (theme of the week)” and be sure to use the “postaday″ tag. 3. Follow The Daily Post so that you don’t miss out on weekly challenge announcements, and subscribe to our newsletter – we’ll highlight great photos from each month’s most popular challenge. Cool… are you still in Beijing? Chinese art is so beautiful. My favourites are the mountains and the cherry blossom prints.
Thanks for the ping back 🙂
I’m in Shandong, but get to Beijing now and then. I love both mountains and cherry blossom prints too. I’d like to learn to paint this way.
Yes it would be great. I learned how to paint bamboo prints with ink on rice paper. That was fun.
Where?
At my school. We have a Chinese co-teacher in each class and my co-teacher last year was doing it with my students, so I asked her if I could try too. In Shanghai there are all kinds of classess for expats. I am sure there may be something in other towns too. Search out expat newpapers or magazines and see if they advertise stuff like that.
